Yesterday, talked about care for the carers.

Sustainability is one consideration. Impulsive acts and acts against human nature are difficult to sustain. They need to be backed up by something, either religion, reward, or strong believes.

And, doctors are carers. So, I always stress that there should be something more than consciousness alone to make the system work and sustainable in a mature society.
