

今天, 收到 Audi Service Center 的電話, 早前遇到 "蚊型交通意外" 的車子修理好了. 午飯時間, 乘車前往鴨脷洲. 檢查維修過後的車子, 給我發現 --- 更換的沙版顏色竟然跟車子的顏色不一樣~~!!! 不是麼? 單憑肉眼, 已經可以辨別出不同的顏色! 我是原廠出車, 原廠修理; 電腦裡面資料齊備, 怎麼可能發生這樣的事故?! 我當然不收貨, 也沒有接受 Service Center 提供的 courtesy car; 只要它不再加添我的麻煩就好了. 車子又要延遲到下星期才修理好. 只好乘車去, 乘車返. 既浪費時間, 也浪費氣力.
(The "manager", the "senior service consultant" and the mechanic squatted together, and even tried to move the car to the show room, with the view that the lighting there would be more even so that the car can be better inspected. Come on, you guys even didn't know the basic paints of your own brand. Shall I make a complaint about this?
