竹炭芝麻黑豆卷
這是 "竹炭芝麻黑豆卷".
蛋糕加入 "竹炭粉" (聽聞食用竹炭具淨化腸胃、幫助消化的作用?! 好懷疑......), 變成黑漆漆的樣貌. 餡料有: 白色的鮮忌廉, 灰色的黑芝麻忌廉, 紅豆及黑豆. 雖然顏色有點深沉, 不太吸引; 味道卻十分之好. 黑芝麻味香濃, 忌廉滑溜, 豆豆有口感, 蛋糕都好軟綿 (而且包裝美觀). 近期極力推介.
